Almost always freelance, joining product teams already in place and working alongside POs and developers.

Kapti, the freelancers' collective
I co-founded Kapti, a collective of senior freelancers who work together the way a studio would. The other members are in Tokyo, Paris and Montreal. On my end, I'm mostly focused right now on explaining what we do more clearly and bringing in new clients.
I do this alongside my client work. The collective got started with help from Collective.work.
